Remember!

To complete your application, you will also need:

• Copies of photo IDs for primary and joint applicants
• Signatures of the primary and all joint applicants on the application
• Mayo employment acceptance letter (if not a current Mayo employee or eligible through a current MEFCU member)
• Initial deposit of $5 for a savings and $25 for checking ($30 for both a savings and checking account)

MEFCU cannot process your application without receipt of these items.
