Direct Deposit of Your Payroll
MEFCU accepts payroll direct deposit from any employer. Just follow these two steps:
- Contact your human resources department with this information:
- MEFCU's routing and transit number
- Your account number - your deposit can go to your savings, checking or both
- Amount you want deposited with MEFCU (entire check or any portion of it)
- If you elect to have the deposit split between your checking and savings accounts, indicate the amount going to each account
- Once your deposit gets to your account(s) at MEFCU, transfers can be set up to any sub-accounts or for loan payments. Simply contact a MEFCU representative via the Call Center at 507-535-1460 or 1-800-535-2129, or stop into any branch, for assistance in setting up transfers between your various MEFCU accounts
