Direct Deposit of Your Payroll

MEFCU accepts payroll direct deposit from any employer. Just follow these two steps:

  1. Contact your human resources department with this information:
    • MEFCU's routing and transit number
    • Your account number - your deposit can go to your savings, checking or both
    • Amount you want deposited with MEFCU (entire check or any portion of it)
    • If you elect to have the deposit split between your checking and savings accounts, indicate the amount going to each account
  2. Once your deposit gets to your account(s) at MEFCU, transfers can be set up to any sub-accounts or for loan payments. Simply contact a MEFCU representative via the Call Center at 507-535-1460 or 1-800-535-2129, or stop into any branch, for assistance in setting up transfers between your various MEFCU accounts
