Online Banking

Online banking is available to any Mayo Employees Federal Credit Union member. With it, you can access your accounts through any personal computer that has Internet access. Choose My Account from the menu options to get access, or click on the Online Banking button.

Note: You must have the latest version of Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer 5 or newer to access this site.

Use Online Banking to:

  1. Obtain balance and other account details on your share and loan accounts.
  2. Make transfers between your share accounts (regular share, sub-accounts, share draft, and Share Plus money market accounts) and from your share accounts to pay your loans with Mayo Employees Federal Credit Union.
  3. Withdraw funds from your share account(s), by check, to be mailed to you at your address of record within five days.
  4. Obtain loan advances from your Personal and/or Home Equity lines of credit.
  5. Review transaction activity on your account(s), excluding Visa.
  6. Download selected transactions from regular share and share draft (checking) accounts to personal financial management software, including Microsoft Money (OFC), Quicken (QIF), and Microsoft Excel comma separated values (CSV).

Enroll in Online Banking

  • You must be a member in good standing with Mayo Employees Federal Credit Union.
  • Fill out the enrollment form, print and return to Mayo Employees Federal Credit Union, either in person or by mail.
  • You will receive a letter from Mayo Employees Federal Credit Union advising you that your service has been approved. The letter will include the information necessary for you to activate the service upon receipt of your assigned PIN, which will arrive under separate cover via U.S. mail.
