You can access your account information anytime, from any touch-tone phone, 24 hours a day, by utilizing MEFCU's Phone Banking.
Phone Banking offers the flexibility you need to make your inquiries any time you want, at a time and place that's convenient for you.
The first time you call, you will be instructed to assign a password to your account. This ensures that your account information is secure.
In addition to current balance information, you can transfer funds, get current rates, recent deposit and withdrawal information, tax information, or even calculate estimated loan payments. You can also withdraw funds from your savings account or on your signature line of credit. Checks will be mailed to your home address of record.
