Bill Pay and Mobile Bill PayEasily accessed through Online Banking and Mobile Banking, Bill Pay and all of the features that go along with it are free to our members. No minimum account levels need be maintained, all members with a MEFCU checking account and Online Banking have access. Just go to our Online Banking and click on Bill Pay, or tap on 'Billpay' within our Mobile App!

Bill Payment Terms and ConditionsTerms and Conditions can be accessed and printed in the Bill Pay service prior to or after enrollment. For payment inquiries you can contact Member Service directly at 888-918-7541, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Online Banking Security Q&AYour account security is our top priority.
Q: What protections are available to me as an Online Banking user?
A: Your account is protected by a multi-factor out of band authentication process that adheres to the rigorous federal guidelines put forth by the Federal Financial Institution Examination Council. Additionally, your online access will be frozen if the authentication process fails more than two successive attempts. If this happens, our Member Service Representatives will unlock your online account provided you are identified successfully.
Q: Will MEFCU ever contact me in need of my password or log in ID? If so, how?
A: MEFCU will never contact you for your Online Banking password or log in ID. If you receive such communication, do not provide any information and immediately contact MEFCU to investigate the situation.
Q: Will MEFCU ever contact me regarding my Online Account?
A: It certainly can happen, however please remember that we would never ask for your log in ID or password.
Q: Is there anything I can do to help ensure my Online Account information stays safe?
A: To protect our members, MEFCU takes every precaution possible and continues to exceed federal guidelines for safeguarding financial institution data. However, we’d like to remind members that protecting your personal data online is everybody’s responsibility! Personal passwords, pictures, music, documents, and financial data may be on your laptop and/or home computer that connect to the internet on a regular basis. Often these are vulnerable to attack, but can be protected from most criminals with just a few easy steps:
