Our Call Center and Drive-Ups are available as they always would be. You can also use our digital banking options from the comfort of your own home for a variety of transactions: transfer money between accounts, access card management tools and even deposit checks using our mobile app.
Locations & Services
The lobbies at our Cascade Lake, Centerplace, Canal Place and Florida Offices are now open for members to come inside. You may notice some changes as you revisit us in person. We have installed plexiglass barriers, added floor markers and signs to direct the flow of traffic throughout the lobby. Please watch for these upon entry, as our goal is to continue social distancing measures for the safety of our members and staff.
As with all Mayo locations, we will be screening our members once inside, and we are requiring that face masks covering your nose and mouth are worn while in the office. Please refrain from wearing hats, hoods, sunglasses, and full-face masks such as ski masks.
- Check Deposits: Deposit checks directly through our app itself, saving you a trip to a branch. Learn more.
- Notary: Please visit the Drive-Up window closest to the building for notary services. No appointment is necessary.
- Safe Deposit Boxes: With our lobby closures, please contact us to schedule an appointment for access.
