Join us for Caring It Forward Day in Rochester on October 12th 

Free document shredding

Do you have documents you need to destroy? We’re offering free shredding at our Cascade Lake Business Center on Monday, October 12, from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. All documents will be properly secured, shred, and recycled.

Note: Only paper items can be shred; no cardboard boxes, plastic, large metal binders, wet paper, media (CDs, flash drives, etc.), or other non-paper items. Empty boxes/bags cannot be left behind.

Donate Blood through Mayo Clinic

We have a new opportunity to give back to others this year as part of our Caring It Forward Day event! The Mayo Clinic Bloodmobile will be on site in the parking lot of our Cascade Lake Business Center from 7:45 am to 3:00 pm.

Every drop counts, can you help?
Every 10 minutes, a patient within Olmsted County needs a transfusion of blood or blood products. A blood donation takes approximately one hour of your time. During the donation process, you will be asked to fill out a health questionnaire and participate in a mini physical exam to ensure that you are in good health and able to donate. Afterwards, the donation itself takes just 10-15 minutes!

Free seasonal flu shots

Flu season is right around the corner. Protect yourself and others by getting a flu shot. We’re teaming up with Hy-Vee’s Healthy You Mobile Unit to offer shots on Monday, October 12, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm in the Cascade Lake Business Center. Enter from our parking lot near Kwik Trip. 

You can fill out a flu shot form in advance or in-person the day you receive your shot.

Note: Flu shots only available to people six years of age and older. Please bring your insurance card and your Hy-Vee Fuel Saver card to receive a Fuel Saver coupon for 20 cents off per gallon.
