We collect your personal information, for example, when you - open an account or apply for a loan - give us your income information or give us your employment information - give us your contact information We also collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus, affiliates, or other companies.

Affiliates Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. - Mayo Employees Federal Credit Union has no affiliates.
Nonaffiliates Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. - Nonaffiliates we share with can include insurance companies, government agencies, plastic card processors (credit/debit/ATM), financial statement publishers or printers, mortgage companies, mortgage service companies, consumer reporting agencies, data processors, check/share draft printers, and direct marketing companies.

Joint Marketing              

A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. - Our joint marketing partners include financial advisors.

Collection of Location Data:

When accessing our online banking application, we may collect location data through your device's GPS, RFID, Wi-Fi, or cell phone. This data helps us enhance security measures, prevent fraud, and offer financial products & services to improve member experience.

Usage of Location Data:

We utilize location data for the purpose of improving our online banking services, members experience, and to offer personalized financial products & services based on geographical location.

User Control and Consent:             

By using our online banking services and enabling location services, users consent to the collection and usage of location. You can change your location permissions at any time within the device settings. 

 

Zelle Contact and Camera Permission

Information Collection:

While using Zelle®, to use the QR Code feature, with your prior permission, Mayo Employees Federal Credit Union, may collect or access pictures and other information from your device's Contacts, Camera, and Photos.

Usage of Information:

Any information collected is used to provide features of the Zelle® service and/or to improve and customize the user experience. The information may be uploaded to our servers, or it may be simply stored on your device.

User Control and Consent:             

You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through your device settings
